Three cabinet card portraits, two originating in Vienna, one in Helsinki, and all dating from around 1910 or slightly earlier.

The men are identified on paper labels, either typed or manuscript, pasted to the reverse of the mounts, and further inscriptions pencilled directly on the mounts.

The men are, from left to right,

  • Rudolf Benold Jun. / Meister in Stemmen [champion weightlifter]
  • Aberg, Ringkämpfer [wrestler]
  • Adali, Ringkämpfer [wrestler]

The photographers are:

  • Adolf Jakisch of Vienna
  • Atelier Universelle / Carl Klein of Helsinki
  • A. Huber of Vienna
condition: The prints and the mounts are all in fine to excellent condition, though two of the prints have been marked with a blue pencil and one print shows some surface wear in a raking light. The mounts show a little wear at some of the corners.
