Mr Wyse
1 December 1860
Volume 2, page 106, sitting number 1724.
[From an album compiled by Captain Henry Langton and his brother, Francis Langton.]
Given the context of the album, this is probably one of the two sons of Sir Thomas Wyse, either Napoleon Alfred Bonaparte Wyse (1822-1895) or William Charles Bonaparte Wyse (1826-1892). The latter was a student of the dialect of Provence.
