This is probably Mrs James Buller Kitson, wife of the vicar of Morval in Cornwall. Born Harriet Eliza Buller in or about 1820 at Marylebone in London, she was the daughter of John Buller. She married firstly Reverend Gerald Pole-Carew on 24 June 1841. After his death in 1845 she married secondly Reverend James Buller Kitson on 9 October 1849 at Reigate in Surrey.

Mrs Buller Kitson died on 20 February 1881 at Morval in Cornwall. She left a personal estate valued at £4000.
