George Curzon
10 December 1860
Volume 2, page 114, sitting number 1756.
Identified in the Silvy daybooks and recto in the lower margin as 'George Curzon,' this is possibly George Augustus Curzon (1836-1912), who appears on the 1861 census as a 24-year-old Sub-Lieutenant in the 2nd Life Guards. He eventually rose to the rank of Colonel in the service of the 2nd Life Guards.
