Probably Elizabeth Anne Russell, daughter of Lord Charles James Fox Russell and Isabella Clarissa Davies. 

She appears on the 1861 census, living with her family at Westminster. At the time of the census, she gave her age as 20, so she was born in or about 1841.

She died on 8 June 1863.
