Mrs Anthony Hamond

Mrs Anthony Hamond lived at Westacre High Hall in Norfolk. She was the mother of Katherine Gurney, who married Somerville Gurney on 14 April 1857.

Born Mary Ann Masters, she was the eldest daughter of John Musters, Esq. of Colnich Hall, Nottinghamshire. She married Anthony Hamond on 20 February 1828 (Cambridge Chronicle and Journal, 29 February 1828).

Mrs Hamond died, aged 93, on 31 January 1900 at The Manor House, Swaffham, Norfolk (Morning Post, 2 February 1900).
