St Aubyn Hender Molesworth-St Aubyn was born on 27 December 1833. He was the Vicar of Collingham in Yorkshire from 1868 to 1874. On the death of his distant cousin in 1912 he became 12th Baronet Molesworth of Pencarrow in Cornwall. His seat was at Clowance in Cornwall.

He married firstly, on 3 June 1862, Caroline, third daughter of the Reverend Charles Wheler of Ledstone Hall in Yorkshire, and had issue. The first Mrs St Aubyn died on 8 June 1899. Her widower married secondly, on 2 September 1902, Ingebord Alfhild, (OBE, 1920), daughter of Johan Viggo Sigvald Muller of Beaucliffe, Newquay, Cornwall.

Reverend Molesworth-St Aubyn died on 18 May 1913 and was succeeded in his baronetcy by his elder son.

'While taking tea in the drawing-room at Chelsea Rectory during a visit with other guests to Archdeacon Bean, the Rev. Sir St. A. Hender Molesworth-St Aubyn of Clowance Praze, Cornwall, twelfth baronet, had a sudden heart attack and died in a few minutes. He was carried to a couch and a doctor was hastily summoned, but on his arrival he found life extinct. [...] He was eithy years of age, and succeededd to the title only last year, on the death of Sir Lewis Molesworth, his second cousin once removed' (Daily Mirror, 19 May 1913).
