Duc de Castries
(1787-1866)

Edmond Eugène Philippe Hercule de La Croix was the second duc de Castries. On 29 October 1816, he married Claire Clémence Henriette Claudine de Maillé but had no children. His nephew, who succeeded him, died without issue in 1886 and the title fell into disuse.
