A hand-coloured silver print showing a man in striped pyjamas with a rosary and some lilies. The portrait dates from the early 20th century, probably from the 1920s. 

The print, including all borders, and a large amount of empty space below the image, measures 11.4" by 8.9" (28.8 cm by 22.5 cm).
