An inscription verso reads: 'In loving / Memory of / Tobias Miln [?] / Born Jan[uary] 26th '71 / Died March 10th 1875.'

The hand-writing is difficult to read and 'Tobias Miln' is only my best stab at deciphering it. Despite having the date of both the child's birth and its death, as well as the location of the death, it has so far not been possible to reach a more secure identification.
