Identified in the Silvy daybooks as 'Mrs Carlyon,' this is probably Mrs Mary Ann [sometimes Anna Maria] Carlyon née Shrubsole, the wife of Major Thomas Tristram Spry Carlyon of Tregrahan in Cornwall. 

Mrs Carlyon was born in or about 1827 at Maidstone in Kent. She died, aged 66, at Fowey in Cornwall on 17 December 1893, leaving an estate valued at £11,193.
