Born on 2 July 1813, Frances Mary Quantock was the daughter of John Quantock. She married Bryan Burrell of Broome Park in Northumberland on 21 September 1837.

Mrs Burrell died, aged 51, on 7 June 1866 at 39 Jermyn Street, London. She was buried in Bolton Chapel, Northumberland, a chapel of ease in the parish of Edlingham.
